As a Project Manager – Client Services, North America, you will support the planning and execution of client projects within Ross Video’s North American portfolio. Working closely with the Senior Project Manager and other teams, this role is responsible for managing client expectations, coordinating resources, and ensuring project deliverables align with Ross Video’s standards of excellence and customer experience. The Project Manager will act as a primary liaison for clients, balancing the needs of stakeholders with the resources available to deliver superior client experience.

What the job is all about:
- Project Coordination: Support end-to-end project management, including scheduling, resource allocation, and documentation, under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager.
- Client Communication: Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients during project execution, providing timely updates and addressing any routine issues that arise.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate with the Scheduling and Sales teams to ensure that appropriate resources (staff, partners, or freelancers) are assigned to each client project.
- Project Monitoring: Track the progress of projects to ensure they stay within scope, budget, and timeline, identifying potential risks and recommending adjustments as needed.
- Quality Control: Review project deliverables to ensure they meet Ross Video’s standards and work with the team to address any quality issues promptly.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of project activities, including timelines, budgets, and client communications, within ERP, PSA, and CRM systems.
- Process Improvement: Participate in post-project evaluations and contribute insights to improve project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Solutions Architects, and Global Technical Support teams to align project goals and ensure a seamless handover to support teams after implementation.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing project requirements.
- Project Closure: Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and document best practices. Ensure a smooth handover to support or maintenance teams, if applicable.
Who you are:
- Project Management Experience: 3-5 years in a project management or client delivery role, preferably within the broadcast or technology industry.
- Client-Focused: Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage client relationships and set expectations effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Salesforce and project management tools.
- Industry Knowledge: Background in the broadcast industry or knowledge of Ross Video’s product offerings is advantageous.
- Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving project challenges.
- Certification: Project management certification (e.g., CAPM or equivalent) is preferred but not required.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 15% within North America to support project needs.
