This position resides within the Order Operations Team. The position’s primary responsibilities are to support the Return of Customer Products. This role is responsible for Processing Return Materials Authorization, (RMA) by using appropriate databases. Attention to detail, ability to work with others along with analytical & problem-solving skills are key assets for this role.

What the job is all about:

  • Work with Customs Broker on return shipments
  • Inspect receipts for packaging damages and record accordingly
  • Unpack receipts and record accordingly any and all anomalies
  • Provide documentation to other concerned parties for downstream processes
  • Work closely with various stakeholders of the RMA process to identify issues with products and/or processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Record use of ancillary items used during the reclamation process, Analyze data and produce reports.

Who you are:

  • Previous experience with Materials Resource Planning/Enterprise Resource Planning and Project Data Management/Product Lifecycle Management systems
  • Strong understanding of product structures and part number significance
  • Above average PC/Windows computer skills
  • Proven ability to work with complex databases to perform analyses and generate reports
  • Strong understanding of systemic inventory movement and Accounting for credit and returns process that are Customer facing results
  • Asset management, Cycle counts, Year End Inventory requirements involvement
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, decision making and organizational skills
  • Able to work with minimum supervision in meeting schedules and deadlines
  • A background in materials management and or quality is preferred.
