Who you report to: Managing Director, Spidercam Germany

What the job is all about:

Reporting:

  • Reports to managing director of spidercam gmbh (Germany)
  • Helps coordinate business development
  • Double checking of quotes (4 eye principle) with managing director
  • Coordinates with engineering

Business Development & Pre-sales:

  • Is main contact for rental inquiries
  • Prepares quotes for upcoming productions
  • Negotiates conditions with clients and contractors

Operations:

  • Plans site surveys
  • Schedules crew
  • Liaise and contract crew
  • Prepares call sheets/itineraries
  • Keeps track of arrangements of production

Administration:

  • Keeps track of booking of freelance crew
  • Liaises with other spidercam groups for international productions
  • Checks invoices and allocates them to productions
  • Support marketing activities (conventions, website, social media, print,…)
  • Coordinate with public bodies (safety regulations)

Who you are:

Required education:
- Completed commercial vocational training or several years of production experience

Specialist skills and knowledge
- Very good knowledge of production processes in the media industry
- Basic knowledge of logistics
- Basic knowledge of accounting
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills
- High willingness to communicate
- Very good written and spoken English
