The Director, Information & Finance Systems oversees the management and implementation of corporate information systems, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the systems that support the financial and operational goals of the organization.

What the job is all about:

  • Responsible for all Corporate Applications including ERP, CRM, CPQ, and PLM:
    • Efficient, reliable operation
    • Upgrades and enhancements
    • User Access and Security
    • Reporting and Business Intelligence
  • Ensure that business leaders and department managers have accurate and timely tools and data to support efficient and effective decision-making.
  • Help define Ross Video’s strategy for cloud-based system solutions.
  • Lead critical systems projects, ensuring complete, on time and on budget implementations.
  • Bridge MIS, Finance, Manufacturing, and Commercial groups.
  • Gather business requirements, design and develop solutions to meet these needs.
  • Coordinate the efforts of employees, partners, and contractors.
  • Prepare an annual budget and control departmental spending throughout the year.
  • Establish short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, and procedures.
  • Responsible for the overall hiring, motivation and management of the team which includes recruitment, mentoring, coaching and evaluating team members while driving a culture of performance.

Who you are:

  • Post-secondary education in Business or Technology
  • Comprehensive knowledge of business principles and techniques of administration, leadership, organization, and management
  • Experience with implementation of large information technology integrations (particularly ERP)
  • In-depth understanding of the key business issues related to global enterprises and multi-site manufacturing organizations
  • Detailed knowledge of and experience with change management
  • Excellent Leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Innovative thinking, and proven record of delivering results
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Capable of managing several complex tasks simultaneously
  • 10+ years of experience at a management position in high technology and/or manufacturing
