Ross Video is looking for a Project Manager to join our Rancho Cordova team in managing LED display projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all activities associated with the timely, accurate, and on-budget completion of Ross LED projects. They will assist the pre-sales and deployment teams with defining the scope, schedule, costs, and resources required to complete the project (including labor, logistics, material, specialty tools, etc.) This is a diverse role that reports directly to the Deployment Manager and requires frequent interaction with the company’s prospects, clients, sales and service teams to ensure that solutions designed are efficiently deployed and supported. This role will also meet with clients and vendors and travel to various sites to assist with current installs and future bids.

What the job is all about:
- Create and review SOWs and project contracts to determine the time to deliver and the available required internal and/or third-party resources to complete the project.
- Lead project kick-off meetings and schedule ongoing meetings throughout the project lifecycle as required.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain and develop a strong relationship with customers with direct interaction with a focus on improving customers’ perception of service, quality, on-time delivery, and responsiveness.
- Maintain ownership for resolving all project-related issues.
- Engage Finance/Accounting and Purchasing department personnel with all needs for purchasing and/or equipment.
- Responsible for sourcing sub-contractors and executing their agreements.
- Track manufacturing schedules, project-specific budgets and report to management weekly.
- Provide on-site install support as required.
- Provide and turnover all project-related close-out documents upon completion.
- Conduct site surveys as required.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management of LED displays or similar technology.
- Knowledge of LED technology and content management systems.
- Understanding of the Broadcast/Media Technology Market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with clients and colleagues in a professional and timely manner.
- Ability to work cooperatively with and across all company departments.
- Strong knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Ability to travel to various job sites as required.
