Who you report to: Director of Spidercam Gmbh (Germany)

What the Job is all about:

• Helps coordinate business development for the US market together with president
• Double checking of quotes (4 eye principle) with president
• Coordinates with Tech Manager

Business Development & Pre-sales:

• Is main contact for rental inquiries
• Prepares quotes for upcoming productions
• Negotiates conditions with clients and contractors

Operations:

• Plans site surveys
• Schedules crew and Spidercam system movements
• Liaise and contract crew
• Prepares call sheets/itineraries
• Keeps track of arrangements of production

Logistics:

• Gets quotes for shipping/transport of systems
• Organizes transports
• Books flights

Administration:

• Keeps track of booking of freelance crew
• Liaises with other Spidercam groups for international productions
• Checks invoices and allocates them to productions
• Support marketing activities (conventions, website, social media, print,…)
• Coordinate with public bodies (safety regulations)
