As a hyper-growth company, optimizing our marketing funnel and amplifying our presence through both paid and organic channels is essential. This role is a key driver of Rose Rocket’s growth strategy, directly influencing our customer acquisition, retention, and overall business performance. Key Responsibilities:
Funnel Optimization: Analyze, design, and implement strategies to optimize the marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion and beyond.
Paid Channel Strategy: Own the end-to-end execution and optimization of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, social, etc.), maximizing ROI and scaling acquisition.
Organic Growth: Develop and execute SEO and content strategies that increase visibility, engagement, and inbound traffic.
Innovative Campaigns: Design and run experiments across channels to discover innovative ways to increase traffic, conversion, and customer retention.
Data-Driven Growth: Use data insights to drive key marketing decisions, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Sales, and Brand teams to develop and execute cohesive growth strategies.
Customer Journey Optimization: Continuously optimize the customer journey to enhance lead nurturing, increase conversions, and maximize lifetime value.
Competitive Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors, continuously innovating and refining our growth strategies.
What you bring:
5+ years of growth marketing experience, with deep expertise in paid and organic channels.
Proven track record in funnel optimization and customer acquisition, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
Experience managing large-scale paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and driving organic growth via SEO and content marketing.
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
A/B testing, customer journey mapping, and conversion optimization experience.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
A creative problem-solver with a passion for finding new ways to scale growth.
