ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a creative, ultra-ambitious and innovative Growth Marketing Manager to join our team and lead development of innovative campaigns to level-up our growth, both with SEM but also more creative channels for success. You will collaborate closely with co-founders, marketing team, medical leadership, and ads team to establish and implement growth strategies resulting in acquisition and retention of patients and providers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing digital marketing strategies across various platforms and channels
  • Analyzing and monitoring revenue performance and identifying ways to make spending more effective and efficient
  • Optimizing digital marketing campaigns, time to get creative!
  • Contributing to the overall success of the company by performing other essential duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience: 2-3 in direct-to-consumer digital marketing. And 2-3 years in SEO, Growth Marketing, Google Ads
  • Experience optimizing landing pages, campaigns, user funnels
  • Demonstrated experience with the Google stack technology: Google Analytics, Adwords, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize and, on an optional basis, Google Data Studio.
  • A solid understanding of technical SEO strategies and tactics
  • An effective self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills who thrives in an environment that demands teamwork.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written) combined with the ability to effectively coordinate multiple competing priorities to meet deadlines. Must be someone who can translate data into a compelling story
  • A natural ability to problem solve, learn quickly, and translate data into meaningful insights.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
