We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded Director of Product Marketing to join our fast-growing team. As the Director of Product Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the go-to-market strategy for our platform, offerings, and services.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll get to work on the development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of our solutions across target markets.

What you’ll do:
- Own the story. Develop and execute bold product marketing strategies that drive awareness and revenue growth.
- Launch like a pro. Partner with product management to bring new features and offerings to market with a bang.
- Empower sales. Create standout messaging, sales enablement materials, and battle cards that give our team a competitive edge.
- Know the market inside out. Conduct deep-dive research on customer needs, industry trends, and competitors to inform strategy and positioning.
- Create buzz. Develop compelling content—think product videos, case studies, presentations, and thought leadership pieces.
- Measure what matters. Track key performance metrics to optimize strategies and maximize impact.
- Stay ahead of the game. Keep a pulse on industry trends, emerging tech, and best practices to keep Rival ahead of the curve.
What You'll Have:
- 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or tech-driven industries.
- Product Marketing Alliance certification (big plus!).
- Proven ability to build and execute go-to-market strategies that drive real business results.
- A natural storyteller with killer communication and presentation skills.
- A strategic thinker who also loves getting hands-on and making things happen.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams.
- A fast-moving, results-driven mindset—you love working in a high-growth, high-impact environment.

We’re committed to pay equity/fair pay practices and closing the gender salary gap.
- Pay range for this role: $110,000 - $130,000 CAD depending on experience
