About the role

As Advisor Channel Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for building and expanding relationships with group benefits advisors across Canada. You’ll work closely with the President of Rise Health and the leadership team to grow our market share and position Rise Health as the premier benefits platform.

The day-to-day

  • Developing and managing advisor relationships. Build, maintain, and grow a strong network of insurance advisors and benefits brokers who sell our platform.

  • Driving new business growth. Educate advisors on the advantages of Rise Health and support them in guiding their clients towards adopting our platform.

  • Sales and revenue generation. Actively manage a pipeline, present to advisors, and ensure adoption of Rise Health among their clients.

  • Strategic partnerships. Identify and engage top-performing advisors, building long-term strategic relationships.

  • Advisor onboarding. Ensure advisors are equipped with the knowledge and tools to confidently position Rise Health to their clients.

  • Collaboration with internal teams. Work with marketing, product, and customer success to optimize advisor engagement and retention.

About you

You’re a results-driven sales professional with experience in the group benefits or insurance industry. You thrive on building relationships and closing deals, and you have a strong understanding of the advisor landscape.

  • LLQP (Life License Qualification Program) Certification required

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, channel sales, or partnership management in group benefits, insurance, or financial services.

  • Proven track record of driving revenue through advisor networks, brokers, or partnerships.

  • Strong relationship management skills – you can engage, educate, and influence advisors effectively.

  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and thrives in a high-growth, fast-moving environment.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – ability to clearly articulate value propositions.

  • Experience working in a tech-driven environment is a plus.

  • The base salary for this position is $80-100k, depending on experience, plus a bonus and stock options.
