About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager who is done with boring, cookie-cutter B2B content. You’re not afraid to experiment, jump in front of the camera, or create content that sparks conversations. You have the storytelling capabilities to turn HR and payroll challenges into narratives that hook people and drive real demand.

If you’re the type of person who’s:

  • Willing to try new content formats (interactive content, bold LinkedIn posts, video snippets etc.).

  • Happy to talk to customers and bring their stories to life, instead of writing from behind a desk.

  • A natural trendspotter who sees what’s working in the real world and adapts it for B2B.

  • Comfortable getting in front of the camera (or directing others to).

  • Excited to leverage AI as a creative partner to scale content production and execution.

  • Ready to own and shape our content strategy with creativity and a fresh perspective.

The day-to-day

  • Storytelling that stands out. No dry, jargon-filled B2B content here. You’ll craft content that connects, whether it’s long-form thought leadership, bite-sized video clips, or unexpected campaign ideas.

  • Customer-led content. Get on calls with our customers, understand their pain points, and turn their experiences into compelling narratives.

  • Creative experimentation. Try things that haven’t been done before in B2B. Break the rules (strategically).

  • Editorial oversight. Shape and edit content from freelancers and contributors to maintain quality and consistency.

  • SEO with a human touch. We have an SEO team to handle the keyword-heavy lifting, you will provide direction based on core content pillars.

  • Cross-functional collaboration. Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to create content that supports demand gen, sales enablement, and brand building.

  • Performance tracking & iteration. Measure content performance, double down on what works, and tweak what doesn’t.

About you

  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, journalism, or creative storytelling (B2B SaaS preferred, but not a deal-breaker).

  • You can write with personality, confidence, and clarity—and you know how to make a B2B audience feel something.

  • You’ve created content that drove demand, not just engagement.

  • You’re comfortable on camera, directing content shoots, or collaborating with creative teams to bring ideas to life.

  • You love talking to customers and turning insights into content.

  • You understand B2B marketing and buyer psychology, but you’re not bound by “how things have always been done.”

  • You’re data-savvy enough to know what’s working (but not afraid to trust your gut on a creative bet).

  • You’re excited about AI in content marketing and know how to use AI as a creative partner—not a crutch.

  • Experience with our tech stack: HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, and AI content tools (like ChatGPT, Jasper, Perplexity, or whatever else that can help).

  • The base salary for this position is $80-105k, depending on experience, plus stock options.
