About the role

Do you get excited working with tech? What about working with customers to provide an unforgettable experience? As one of our Client Onboarding Specialists, you get to do both!

You will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and successful transition for new clients as they integrate our solutions into their operations. You will lead clients through the onboarding journey, customizing implementation plans to meet their unique needs and ensuring they maximize the value of our platform. Your ability to build strong relationships will be key as you serve as the main point of contact, guiding clients through the setup, configuration, and training.

Your strong project management skills will enable you to effectively coordinate multiple projects and timelines, ensuring client expectations are consistently met. By leveraging your analytical skills, you will interpret client feedback and requirements to identify areas for improvement, driving continuous enhancements in our onboarding processes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams—such as Sales, Product, and Engineering—will be essential as you work to address client-specific challenges and ensure a seamless experience.

In this fast-paced environment, your proactive and detail-oriented approach will help you adapt to new challenges while delivering exceptional client experiences. And if you have a background in payroll, HR, or timekeeping solutions, and are bilingual in English and French, you will bring even more value to this critical role as you help clients thrive with our innovative software.

The day-to-day

  • Lead clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless setup and impactful training experience.

  • Act as the point of contact during implementation, proactively addressing questions and delivering effective solutions.

  • Tailor implementation plans to align with each client's unique needs and industry standards, setting them up for success.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to tackle client-specific challenges and enhance their experience.

  • Configure client accounts based on their specific requirements, adhering to compliance standards and ensuring a tailored experience from the start.

  • Capture and analyze client feedback to continuously refine and elevate our onboarding processes, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

About you

  • 1+ years of experience in Client Onboarding, Implementation, Technical Support, or a related role within a SaaS environment, eager to learn and grow in the field.

  • Strong interpersonal skills enable you to build and nurture positive relationships with clients, fostering trust and collaboration throughout the onboarding process.

  • Familiar with basic SaaS concepts and eager to learn more about implementation best practices and client success metrics.

  • With solid project management skills, you coordinate multiple projects and timelines efficiently, ensuring that client expectations are consistently met and exceeded.

  • Excel in written and verbal communication, effectively delivering presentations and training sessions that engage and inform diverse audiences.

  • Possess analytical skills that help you interpret client feedback and contribute to process improvements.

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and shared success across the organization.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments, adeptly adapting to new challenges while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.

  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is preferred, along with a strong desire to develop your career in client success.

Bonus qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English, allowing you to communicate effectively with a diverse client base.

  • Experience or background in payroll, HR, and timekeeping solutions, providing valuable insights that enhance your ability to serve clients in these areas.

  • Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) certification from the National Payroll Institute (NPI).

  • The base salary for this position is $45-60k, depending on experience, plus a bonus and stock options.
