About the role
We’re a highly driven group of professionals focused on driving the adoption of the world’s most powerful, easy-to-use online HR, benefits, and payroll solutions for small and mid-sized businesses.
As Head of Rise Health Group Benefits, you’ll be responsible for the success of the business unit. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll set a vision and strategy, lead the team, manage vendor and customer relationships, and ultimately drive growth.
In collaboration with Marketing and Sales, drive a transformational go-to-market and support strategy that delivers predictable growth.
Oversee the customer journey, including plan design, plan analysis, experience reports, pricing, underwriting, and risk management.
Provide direction and ensure accountability to support growth and provide top-notch client experiences.
Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls and governance for all operations, including business processes, licensing, reporting, and compliance.
Ensure adherence to processes, administrative guidelines, governmental regulations, and SLAs.
Manage large, complex clients with unique requirements.
Build, grow and manage partner and carrier relationships.
Analyze results on service level agreements, key performance indicators, and other applicable metrics required to achieve high levels of client satisfaction.
Lead and train a diverse, talented, and highly engaged team.
A seasoned leader with 8+ years in Group Benefits
A valid LLQP license for a minimum of 5 years
Client-centric with a passion for delivering exceptional client service
Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills
Strong leadership skills with the ability to navigate complex and rapidly changing environments
A knack for problem-solving with continuous improvement at the forefront of everything you do
Candidate must be skilled in data analysis to drive decision-making, with a focus on deriving insights into client behaviour and value delivery for our Client Service team
Passion for motivating and coaching in a fast-growth environment with a sense of urgency to achieve and exceed results
A natural leader who can seamlessly transition between the big picture and tactical details
