This role is a 14-month term position
The Director, Demand Generation is responsible for leading Rewind’s demand generation strategy and team, driving integrated marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and accelerate pipeline growth. Own ABM across the full funnel and PLG growth to build qualified pipeline and grow ARR. Lead a team of ABM and growth managers.
We’re seeking a strategic, data-driven leader who can balance high-level vision with hands-on execution. You’ll bring expertise in B2B SaaS demand generation, growth marketing, and business development, with a proven ability to make informed decisions using data. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation
Set ABM and PLG strategy by segment and tier; own TAL governance and stage definitions.
Build the growth operating system: playbooks, cadences, SLAs, and an experiment backlog; drive cross functional adoption.
Orchestrate tiered account plays and the PLG lifecycle from acquisition to expansion; prioritize moves that advance deals.
Own forecasting and targets for engaged accounts from MQAs to ARR; publish quarterly plans and reviews.
Manage and allocate budget across tiers, channels, and experiments; shift spend based on account movement and ROI.
Hire, coach, and hold the team accountable; set clear goals and performance standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategy
Work closely with Product Marketing to refine ICPs and align on target account lists.
Partner with Content Marketing to develop high-value assets that fuel campaigns and enable Sales.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and web agencies to optimize website performance for demand generation.
Leverage AI technologies to drive smarter targeting, dynamic personalization, and accelerated revenue impact.
Analyze competitor strategies, acquisition performance, and customer insights to inform campaign decisions.
Present regular performance reviews, highlighting pipeline impact and optimization opportunities.
Qualifications
5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with experience leading demand generation or growth marketing functions targeting enterprise audiences.

Proven success designing and executing integrated, multi-channel campaigns across:
Digital advertising, SEM & paid social
Content marketing, blogs, and webinars
Website optimization, content syndication & direct mail
Email marketing, lead nurtures, and ABM programs
Event Marketing
Strong knowledge of digital advertising strategies and performance measurement across channels.
Experience cross-collaborating with a business development function and aligning lead qualification with Sales.
Proficiency in leveraging AI-powered tools and analytics to optimize campaigns and accelerate pipeline growth.
Skilled at collaborating with web agencies to develop, execute, and optimize website strategies that drive demand.
Expertise with marketing automation, CRM platforms ABM tools, and lead management processes.
Balanced thinker with creative problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.
Passionate about driving measurable results, performance optimization, and ROI.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, juggling multiple priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or certifications are a plus.
Knowledge of SaaS, cybersecurity and backup space is an asset.
