Role Summary

We’re looking for a highly driven Senior Manager of Corporate Development to help accelerate ResolvMD’s growth through market expansion initiatives and high-impact commercial opportunities. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, sales enablement, and execution. You’ll work closely with the executive team to identify new growth vectors, support enterprise and channel opportunities, evaluate market opportunities, and help shape go-to-market initiatives. You’ll play a key role in helping ResolvMD expand its footprint within healthcare while navigating the evolving landscape of AI-enabled health technology.

This is a highly cross-functional role requiring a blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, commercial acumen, and operational execution. You’ll have significant visibility across the organization and the opportunity to directly influence the company’s growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue growth opportunities aligned with ResolvMD’s long-term objectives.
  • Support enterprise sales and partnership discussions by developing business cases, proposals, presentations, and commercial models.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, whitespace opportunities, and strategic risks.
  • Assist with strategic planning, revenue growth initiatives, and expansion into new markets or service offerings.
  • Support contract negotiations, partnership structuring, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Represent ResolvMD externally at industry events, conferences, networking opportunities, and partner meetings.
  • Contribute to special projects, strategic initiatives, and executive-level planning activities as the company scales.

Skills & Experience Required

Must-Haves

  • 5–10 years of experience in business development, corporate development, partnerships, strategy, consulting, or related commercial roles.
  • Experience working within SaaS, healthcare technology, digital health, or other fast-scaling technology environments.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across executive, operational, and technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset, including experience developing business cases, evaluating opportunities, and supporting negotiations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and proposal development.
  • High degree of ownership, initiative, adaptability, and comfort operating in fast-moving environments.
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in healthcare billing, revenue cycle management, or healthcare operations.
  • Exposure to AI, automation, or healthcare interoperability ecosystems.
  • Experience supporting partnerships, M&A evaluations, channel programs, or strategic alliances.
  • Prior experience in startup or high-growth company environments.
  • Existing network within healthcare or digital health ecosystems.

  • Base salary of $100,000 to $120,000 depending on experience.
