ResolvMD is a Canadian medical billing company helping physicians earn what they deserve

through better data, smarter tools, and operational excellence. Our Physician Insights Portal

gives doctors real-time visibility into their billing performance so they can focus on patient care.

We're scaling rapidly across Canadian provinces — and beyond — and we're building the

infrastructure to support that growth.

The Role

We're hiring a Growth Marketing Associate to execute ResolvMD's marketing, content, and

brand strategy while operating and growing the systems that make it all work.

This is a hybrid role. About half your time goes to brand and content execution — running our

Klaviyo email program, managing our website knowledge center, growing our LinkedIn

presence, and making sure our voice shows up consistently everywhere a physician sees us.

The other half goes to operating the marketing and growth stack that makes it all run — building

automations, connecting platforms, and using AI throughout to compress work that used to take

days into hours.

It's a rare combination of brand instincts and systems fluency, with a lot of ownership for an

early-career role and room to grow as our marketing function expands.

What You'll Do

Brand & Content (≈50%)

  • Execute our Klaviyo email program — building, scheduling, and optimizing campaigns and nurture flows for physician and resident audiences
  • Own and grow our website knowledge center, publishing physician-facing content that's
  • accurate, useful, and on-brand
  • Build and maintain our LinkedIn presence, turning our point of view into consistent,
  • engaging content
  • Keep ResolvMD's voice consistent across every channel a physician encounters

Marketing Operations & Systems (≈50%)

  • Operate and grow into our marketing and growth stack — day-one expertise isn't
  • expected, but quick fluency is
  • Connect platforms and automate workflows so the marketing engine runs reliably
  • Use AI tools and LLMs to accelerate content production, research, and operational work
  • Bring new ideas for how AI can give us a competitive edge

What You Bring

  • Strong writing skills — you can take a complex topic and make it clear, useful, and
  • on-brand
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo
  • Genuine AI fluency — using LLMs and AI tools is already part of how you work
  • Comfort with marketing systems and automation, and an appetite to learn the parts you
  • don't know yet
  • Self-direction — you can own outcomes and bring ideas, not just execute tasks

Nice to have: experience with tools like Clay, Attio, Coda, or Notion; healthcare or B2B

marketing background.

Growth Path

First 90 days: You've taken ownership of the Klaviyo program and knowledge center, our

LinkedIn cadence is consistent, and you've started automating the manual parts of the

marketing workflow. You're operating independently on most things and bringing new ideas to

the strategy conversations.

Ongoing: ResolvMD's brand voice is consistent, our marketing program is reliable, and our use

of AI is a real competitive edge. You're growing into a senior marketing operator with a rare

combination of brand instincts and systems fluency.Compensation

Base salary of $70,000–$85,000 CAD based on experience, plus benefits.

Significant ownership for an early-career role. As ResolvMD's marketing function expands, this role grows with it.
