Our Physician Insights Portal gives doctors real-time visibility into their billing performance so they can focus on patient care. We're growing quickly across Canadian provinces and building the systems to support that growth.
The Role
We're hiring our first Growth Operations Associate to build and run the technical machine underneath ResolvMD's growth engine. This is a Revenue Operations (RevOps) role — you'll own the tools, data pipelines, automations, and reporting that let our sales and marketing teams operate at high leverage. When a physician engages with us, you're the reason the right thing happens next — enrichment, scoring, routing, sequencing, follow-up, measurement. When the Head of Growth designs a new outreach play, you're the one who turns it into a running system.
You'll partner closely with the Head of Growth as a thought partner on how technology supports growth strategy, while reporting to the COO and supporting priorities across the broader business. You'll have significant autonomy to decide how our stack is configured to get us where we need to go. AI tooling is core to how the work gets done — not a side project.
This role is ideal for someone 1–3 years into their career who has touched parts of a growth stack, learns software quickly, and wants to grow into a full RevOps function as ResolvMD expands nationally.
What You'll Own
1. Revenue Infrastructure
- Own our growth tech stack across lead generation & enrichment, outbound sales engagement, website intent/visitor identification, lifecycle email marketing, and CRM — and the integrations between them
- Keep data flowing accurately between platforms so we have one source of truth on every physician we engage
- Build and maintain enrichment workflows that turn a name into a scored, routable lead
2. Lifecycle & Automation
- Build and maintain the automated flows that move physicians from first touch to engaged to closed — across email, outbound sequences, and intent-triggered outreach
- Identify manual, repetitive work across Sales and Marketing and automate it
- Use no-code/low-code tools and native integrations to connect platforms and automate workflows
3. Reporting & Visibility
- Build the dashboards and reports that show us what's working — channel performance, conversion rates, pipeline health, campaign results
- Make our growth numbers legible and trustworthy to leadership
4. Playbook Operationalization
- Partner with the Head of Growth to turn new outreach plays, campaigns, and experiments into running systems
- Take strategic priorities and translate them into completed technical work — accurately and on time
- Flag what's inefficient or broken before it becomes a problem
5. AI Leverage
- Pilot and roll out AI tools across the growth stack — including AI-powered enrichment and list-building platforms, sequence writing, content drafting, and reporting summaries
- Build internal AI workflows that compress work from days to hours
- Train colleagues on the AI tools that will make them faster, and stay current on what's worth testing next
6. Light Systems Support
- Serve as the go-to person for growth tool questions and access requests across the team
- Maintain simple documentation so teammates can self-serve where possible
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years in a role involving growth operations, marketing/sales ops, RevOps, business systems, or technical marketing (internships and substantial project work count)
- Hands-on experience with at least one piece of a modern growth stack — a CRM, an email marketing platform, an outbound sales engagement tool, or an AI-powered lead generation/enrichment platform
- Comfort learning new software fast and a real knack for troubleshooting
- A track record of actually using AI tools in your work — bonus if you've built something that's still running
- Strong attention to detail. You follow through, hit your dates, and don't need to be chased
- Clear written communication and patience with non-technical teammates
- Comfort in a startup environment where the work is ambiguous, fast-moving, and occasionally unglamorous
Nice to have, not required:
- Direct experience with AI-powered enrichment tools, outbound sequencing platforms, website visitor identification tools, or workspace/docs platforms
- B2B sales/marketing context, especially physician- or healthcare-facing
- Experience building attribution or pipeline reporting from scratch
What Success Looks Like
- Our growth stack is connected, clean, and trustworthy — we can attribute pipeline to source channels with confidence
- New plays designed by the Head of Growth go from idea to live in under a week
- Sales and marketing teammates spend more time on the work that needs a human and less on data hygiene, list building, and copy-paste
- AI workflows are quietly saving the team hours per week and growing in scope
- The infrastructure can scale from Ontario to national without breaking
Compensation
- Base salary of $75,000–$90,000 based on experience, plus benefits
- Significant room to grow as ResolvMD expands its growth function nationally
