Description
- Stays up-to-date of new features, bugs and configuration approaches from product, apps and professional services
- Works with Application Managers to craft demo scripts, build demo data and demo environments to convey the value to prospects.
- Articulates responses to customer questions and RFP functional requirements to ensure appropriate coverage and to build confidence in our products/services
- Prepares demonstrations within Resolver products based on information provided and/or research to meet and exceed a customer’s requirements
Demo’s and Sales Support (40%)
Measures of Success: Time to prep for demo, sales efficiency (demos/opp.
- Determining key benefits for customers with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Executive Sponsors and the Product team
- Confidently present Resolver products and services over the phone or in-person
- Ability to manage participants, colleagues, etc. within meetings to ensure adequate time to demonstrate requirements
- Rehearsal and practice ahead of all demonstrations
- Motivate the team to exceed expectations.
- Maintain an up-to-date set of development goals for each team member and meet with each team member at least monthly to discuss their goals.
- Mentor and coach the team in the achievement of KR’s.
- Work with the team to advance their skills and progress in their careers.
What you will bring:
- University or College Degree (or equivalent)
- Experience in technology field is preferred
- Practical experience in fields that our product support is an asset

- The salary range for this role $115,000 - $120, 000 plus OTE
