Position Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Costpoint projects, including framework enhancements, AI integration, automation, UX improvements, and other technical initiatives.

• Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and clearly defined priorities.

• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders - including PMO, Engineering, DevOps, UX, and QA - to gather requirements, map data and process flows, and deliver successful implementations.

• Continuously monitor user feedback to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.

• Participate in customer-facing meetings to provide product demonstrations and conduct user training sessions.

• Apply expert knowledge of SDLC, software architecture, microservices, API management, and security best practices.

• Create detailed business cases and technical requirements supporting roadmap objectives and timelines.

• Thoroughly document project activities, decisions, and workflows, ensuring clarity and accountability.

• Manage projects effectively, ensuring they meet defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Proactively identify and champion opportunities for continuous product and process improvements.

• Analyze and optimize existing system designs, integration approaches, and migration strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant experience.
• Proven experience as an Integration Product Manager or a similar role in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong experience with cloud and on-premises applications, SaaS, PaaS, and a deep understanding of API management.
• Knowledge of security principles, data transfer, and management.
• Experience in working with cloud architecture and microservices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical requirements and business needs.
• A background in software development, encryption and an understanding of authentication protocols are a plus.
