Our mission is to increase the success rate of small businesses. Traditional banking has been a growth limiter rather than a growth enabler for business owners, and we’re changing that. Relay is the all-in-one, collaborative money management platform. We’re building for employer SMBs and their finance function, internal and external, and are focused on delivering a human-centric customer experience. Ultimately, we help SMBs be ‘on the money'.

  • Launch measurable A/B and multivariate testing across campaigns; continually optimize campaigns, automation, and workflows
  • Lead day-to-day communication with agency and brand partners to plan and build performant ad creatives
  • Own website and landing page performance; conceptualize, prioritize, and manage CRO initiatives to improve conversion rates at every step of the user journey
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor programs, and propose innovative tests to help reach target conversion goals
