Introduction

We are looking for an intermediate Graphic Designer to join us at reebee Inc. The potential candidate will work remotely with a small design team and be responsible for creating digital designs for banner ads, retail flyers, websites, online ads, landing pages, and social media.

Position Overview

• Strategize, create and execute digital graphic designs from end to end working with stakeholders across the business
• Establish and enforce design guidelines, best practices and standards
• Work with a retail partnership team to develop attractive branding material/sales decks
• Work with sales/retailers to design digital first flyer content
• Marketing related tasks: support social, video and ad creative as needed
• Develop and manage retail marketing campaigns
• Execute and manage design projects based on clients instructions
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to development
• Conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of full time working experience
• Effective time management skills
• Able to work independently with minimal oversight
• Strong communication skills
• Graphic Design Degree and/or exceptional proven skills and experience in the field
• Strong, dynamic portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility.
• Ability to multitask and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and account executives.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Suite, Sketch and Figma
