We’re looking for a Senior Technical Writer / Documentation Specialist to lead and evolve our documentation function. In this role, you’ll shape how we communicate complex concepts across our products, APIs, and integrations—empowering both internal teams and customers with clear, accessible, and accurate information.

What You’ll Do

• Develop user guides, API documentation, release notes, tutorials, and training materials for new product features
• Lead the full documentation lifecycle, from planning and content development through publication and maintenance
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy
• Translate complex technical concepts into accessible language for diverse audiences
• Define and enforce documentation standards, templates, and style guidelines to ensure consistency
• Maintain and update content in documentation systems (MadCap Flare, DITA) and version control (Git, GitLab)
  
• Drive continuous improvements in documentation structure, usability, and delivery
• Create onboarding and training materials for internal and external users
  
• Participate in Agile development processes

What You Need

• 7+ years of professional technical writing experience
• Proven track record leading documentation projects independently.
• Expert proficiency with content development tools such as MadCap Flare, DITA, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Git version control.
• Proven ability to thrive in Agile environments using tools like Jira, GitLab, and Confluence.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Remote but must be willing to work EST hours.
• Bonus if you have VoIP experience
