COO - Integrator
As COO / Integrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in Readymode’s leadership team. You’ll act as the operational engine that turns strategy into results by aligning teams, driving accountability, and keeping the business running smoothly.
You’ll work closely with our CEO (the Visionary) to ensure the company executes its strategy with discipline and clarity.
You don’t need prior Integrator experience. What matters most is your ability to lead operations and your willingness to learn and apply the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).
What is EOS?
EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a simple, practical business framework that helps companies clarify their vision, create accountability, and execute consistently.
Within EOS, two key leadership roles work together:

- Implement and maintain EOS tools across the organization (Accountability Chart, Scorecards, Level 10 Meetings)
- Facilitate weekly leadership team meetings and quarterly planning sessions
