As a Customer Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening customer relationships and driving loyalty by creating impactful marketing campaigns. In this role, you’ll focus on retention, upselling, and customer satisfaction, ensuring our customers maximize the value of our platform while contributing to their success.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, and more) to engage and educate customers throughout their journey.
- Partner with the product team to align marketing initiatives with feature launches and product updates.
- Develop targeted nurture campaigns to promote upgrades and additional products.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content such as newsletters, guides, and videos.
- Drive customer advocacy efforts, including testimonials, case studies, and reviews.
- Organize webinars and virtual events to deepen customer engagement and collaboration.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, etc.) to optimize strategies.
- Support event marketing efforts, including tradeshows, speaking engagements, and Customer Days.
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, customer marketing, or email marketing (preferably in SaaS or tech).
- BA or certification in marketing or a related field.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Hands-on experience with email and SMS campaign creation and execution.
- Familiarity with customer lifecycle stages and engagement strategies.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Suite, Adobe Suite, Canva, and email/SMS marketing platforms.
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
Bonus Marks For:
