Marketing Coordinator


  • Help execute on various marketing campaigns as outlined in the marketing plan.
  • Create, edit and distribute engaging content for various digital platforms, including website, blogs, emails, social media posts, case studies, video scripts, and more.
  • Create and own the content schedule.
  • Optimize content for SEO to enhance online visibility, increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Assist in the creation, scheduling and management of content for social media.
  • Help create content assets, including graphics, infographics, videos, interactive content and sales-enabling materials.
  • Assist in managing and updating the company website as required.
  • Support trade show and event execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, support and sales team.
  • Support sales with implementation of new sales tools.
  • Other duties as required.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

  • 1-2 years experience in marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • BA or Certificate in marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Up-to-date with SEO best practices and keyword research tools.
  • Experience with AI tools. (Gemini AI, Chat GPT or similar).
  • Proficient in: Google Suite, Adobe Suite & Canva, SEMrush or similar tool, Social Scheduling tools.
