ROLE PURPOSE

Ready Education is looking for a motivated self-starter to join our Revenue Operations team as a Revenue Operations Analyst. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own creation, analysis, and distribution on sales performance, including new bookings, renewals, upsells, churn, and sales forecast.
  • Deliver key insights to senior leadership, influencing company strategy and decision-making, and have the opportunity to work alongside executives.
  • Drive revenue operations by optimizing CRM processes (HubSpot) and enabling Sales & Customer Success teams.
  • Reconcile sales data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.
  • Support sales forecasting and reporting by analyzing key performance metrics, identifying trends, and providing data-driven insights to improve revenue planning and decision-making.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing organization to enhance sales reporting and sales enablement processes.
  • Take initiative on ad hoc projects and process improvements to enhance revenue operations.
  • Gain valuable experience and learn best practices from a professional FP&A organization.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE

  • 2-5 years of experience in finance or revenue operations, ideally in FP&A, financial reporting, or a SaaS/tech industry role.
  • Saas/tech or startup experience strongly preferred
  • You love data! You are passionate about big data, data reconciliation, and in-depth data analysis, and you thrive on extracting meaningful insights.
  • A proactive, self-motivated professional who takes ownership of projects and seeks opportunities to improve processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot)
  • Comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively, adapting to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A problem-solver with a data-driven mindset and strong attention to detail who enjoys tackling challenges and streamlining operations.

Although this role is 100% remote, the person in this position should be expected to travel for certain customer / industry / company events and engagements as necessary.
