Our team is passionate about improving how people connect, and we’re looking for an energetic, community-driven Account Executive to help us bring our service to homes, neighborhoods, and businesses throughout Memphis.

Who You Are
You’re a motivated, goal-oriented sales professional with a passion for engaging with your community. You know how to identify new opportunities, build relationships, and close deals with confidence. Whether it’s knocking on doors, setting up at local events, or following up with business leads, you bring energy, authenticity, and strategic thinking to everything you do.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive bulk and commercial sales of Ting’s internet service in Memphis through direct, face-to-face engagement, outbound calling, and local partnerships
- Build and nurture relationships with business leaders, HOAs, property managers, and community leaders to expand awareness and adoption
- Represent Ting at local events, meetings, and networking functions to promote brand visibility and generate leads
- Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline, meet or exceed monthly sales targets, and manage your activity in CRM (HubSpot)
- Partner with the local marketing team to align on messaging, materials, and campaign execution in Memphis-specific markets
- Be a local expert and ambassador—identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity in your neighborhoods
- Educate customers about the benefits of fiber internet and help them navigate installation and onboarding
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management—telecom experience is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; you’re just as comfortable in a boardroom as you are at a community BBQ
- Proven ability to meet and exceed performance goals
- Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment
- Familiarity with Memphis neighborhoods and a strong sense of local pride
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation—this is a boots-on-the-ground role

The base salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, plus applicable commission. Range shown in $USD for US residents. Other countries will differ. Range may vary on a number of factors including, but not limited to: location, experience and qualifications.
