We are seeking a proactive and technically proficient People Technology Analyst to join our dynamic People Operations team. The ideal candidate will primarily support our HRIS, Hibob, and secondarily assist with the implementation, deployment, and integration of new SaaS tools and services. This role will also involve supporting internal customers and stakeholders, managing inbound requests, and contributing to various People Operations initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

HRIS Support:

  • Act as the primary respondent to triage and respond to inbound requests for our HRIS, Hibob.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and excellent customer service to internal customers across the organization.
  • Support the People Operations team with HRIS-related initiatives and troubleshooting.
  • Escalate problems to the HRIS vendor directly and own the resolution pipeline, involving the People Technology Manager or Head of People Operations as appropriate,
  • This support will extend to administering, configuring, and maintaining our LMS to ensure smooth operation and user satisfaction.

Platform Implementation and Deployment:

  • Assist in the implementation and deployment of new SaaS tools and services.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth rollouts and adoption of new technologies.

System Integration:

  • Support the integration of various systems with the HRIS, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Work closely with the People Operations team to optimize and streamline system integrations.

Customer and Stakeholder Support:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal team members on a wide range of products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand and address their needs.
  • Support and lead training sessions for internal teams who use HRIS workflows for employee lifecycle events
  • Utilize technical knowledge to solve issues and recommend solutions.

People Operations Initiatives:

  • Support various People Operations team initiatives and projects, including but not limited to data analytics, process mapping, new tool exploration and evaluation, and more.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and workflows.
  • Document and build knowledge and training resources for People operations processes and procedures

Adaptability and Learning:

  • Show a strong interest in working with systems and a desire to continuously learn and stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • Absorb information and operational knowledge of new tools quickly and efficiently.

Experience and Skills:

Technical Proficiency:

  • Strong technical proficiency and ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Experience administering an HRIS and/or LMS is a strong asset.
  • Experience working with APIs is a strong asset.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
  • Good interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration with a wide range of individuals at varying levels of technical proficiency.

Problem-Solving:

  • Competent technical troubleshooting skills and ability to solve issues efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on timely follow-through and consistency.

Adaptability:

  • Ability to adapt to a continually changing environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong curiosity and passion for exploring new technologies and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 + years of experience administering a SaaS tool.
  • 2 + years of experience in customer service roles.
  • Experience administering Hibob or another HRIS is a strong asset,
  • Experience working with APIs and or other integration tools like Zapier is an asset
  • Experience in LMS administration is an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to influence decisions.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • A strong passion for technology and continuous learning is essential for this role.
  • A passion for AI tools, like ChatGPT or Gemini, and experience using them to problem solve and find efficiencies. #LI-NA1 #LI-Remote

T​he base salary range for this position is $66,500 to $78,200. Range shown in $CAD for Canadian residents. Other countries will differ. Range may vary on a number of factors including, but not limited to: location, experience and qualifications.
