As an Employee Enablement & Development Specialist, you will boost employee engagement and satisfaction by supporting development programs. This role involves designing and delivering high-quality training, collaborating with stakeholders, and using data-driven insights for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in project management and training facilitation, focusing on organizational effectiveness and employee development. Your partnership with the greater people team will ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and facilitate training initiatives to address identified needs and promote continuous learning.
  • Apply project management skills to efficiently coordinate and deliver people programs, ensuring timely execution, resource optimization, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate facilitation and delivery methods for training modules (e-learning, multimedia, workshop, blended solutions, etc.)
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality training and development solutions that support organizational goals and employee growth.
  • Work on initiatives that improve organizational performance and effectiveness.
  • Combine data analysis with project management skills to design, implement, and manage initiatives that are informed by data-driven insights.
  • Manage and administer surveys to gauge employee engagement, satisfaction, and development needs, ensuring that data collected is actionable and relevant for driving people initiatives.
  • Ensure all initiatives are tracked, measured, and reported on to demonstrate their impact and return on investment (ROI), providing clear evidence of program success and areas for enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related people function
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Proven ability to manage and engage stakeholders across various organizational levels
  • AI skills or a strong interest in exploring and applying AI technologies in people programs and initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets to manipulate data
  • Proven ability to design and implement effective training and development programs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to work independently on a broad variety of projects
  • Experience using a learning management system (LMS) #LI-NA1 #LI-Remote

The base salary range for this position is $64,900 to $76,400. Range shown in $CAD for Canadian residents. Other countries will differ. Range may vary on a number of factors including, but not limited to: location, experience and qualifications.
