You would be described as:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Lead campaigns and product launches in collaboration with the team, to conceptualize, develop from ideation to rollout, and optimization.
  • Manage and optimize company pages across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Analyze and adapt KPI’s to reach maximum engagement, sentiment share of voice, and pivot in real time as needed to optimize strategy.
  • Collaborate with creative content writer(s) to ensure brand-aligned messaging across channels, while providing strategic guidance rather than directly authoring copy for publishing content tailored to target audiences.
  • Monitor trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with business goals.
  • In collaboration with the Director, manage paid advertising campaigns, SEO strategies, and influencer partnerships.
  • Ensure brand consistency and maintain a strong online reputation.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital trends and technologies to drive innovation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to develop creative and data-driven strategies.
  • Experience in paid advertising, SEO, and influencer marketing.

This Role Probably Isn’t Right If:

  • You’re still learning the ropes of performance marketing.
  • You prefer stability over scale.
  • You struggle to manage multiple moving pieces at once or get flustered under time pressure
  • You need constant feedback or daily check-ins to stay on track.
  • You dislike tracking numbers, analyzing campaign performance, or tweaking systems.
  • You aren’t comfortable taking ownership when results fall short, and driving the fix.
  • You see SOPs and process documentation as annoying red tape rather than tools for leverage.
  • You prefer to be told exactly what to do, rather than figure it out and run with it.
