Location & Work Style: Hybrid — Downtown Toronto, ON (2–3 days on site each week)

Who we are looking for?

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about learning and obsessed with user experience — someone who can turn complex healthcare software into easy-to-follow, “aha moment” learning journeys.

As our Learning Experience & Digital Adoption Specialist, you’ll join our innovative Product Management team and take the lead on how users learn, onboard, and grow with OmegaAI and PowerServer. From building interactive e-learning modules to rolling out in-app tips and guides, you’ll make sure both our customers and internal teams feel confident using our cloud-native tools.

If you love designing engaging content, geeking out over LMS dashboards, and making tech less intimidating for people — this role is for you. You’ll work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to deliver training experiences that are not just informative, but genuinely delightful.

What will you do?

E-Learning Design & Production (≈40%)

• Design, storyboard, and build interactive e-learning content, simulations, and microlearning experiences using Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise)
• Apply adult learning principles and clinical workflow understanding to create engaging, role-specific learning paths
• Package and publish content in SCORM/xAPI formats for LMS compatibility
• Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1, AODA) and readiness for localization/multilingual rollout.

Digital Adoption & Enablement (≈25%)

• Create in-app guides, walkthroughs, tooltips, job aids, and checklists to support real-time, contextual learning
• Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to proactively launch adoption campaigns and new feature rollouts
• Monitor and evaluate adoption impact using tools like usage analytics, NPS, CSAT and support ticket deflection.

LMS Administration (≈20%)

• Own and manage the corporate LMS (Litmos) including user provisioning, learning path creation, SSO/CRM integration, and reporting
• Maintain scalable governance practices (taxonomy, tagging, versioning, and archiving of assets)

Internal Competency Programs (≈10%)

• Develop internal training for Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales (e.g., certifications, onboarding, live sessions, knowledge checks)
• Deliver and facilitate live webinars, virtual lunch & learns, and just-in-time training sessions

Metrics & Continuous Improvement (≈5%)

• Define KPIs including course completion, CSAT, and feature adoption conversion
• Analyze learning engagement and performance

• Iterate on content formats and delivery channels based on data and business goals.

What will you bring RamSoft?

• Current experience in instructional design, learning experience, or digital adoption within a B2B SaaS product (preferably in healthcare)

• Mastery of Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), and screen capture/video tools like Camtasia or Adobe Premiere

• Hands-on experience administering an LMS (Litmos, Docebo, Moodle, etc.) including SCORM/xAPI publishing and reporting

• Deep understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design methodologies (ADDIE/Agile), and outcome-based learning

• Strong grasp of healthcare data privacy & security regulations: HIPAA, PIPEDA, Minimum Necessary Standard, PHI redaction

• Clear and engaging written and visual communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex workflows

• Project management discipline: ability to groom backlogs, align cross-functional stakeholders, and meet deadlines

• Working knowledge of AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Synthesia, Grammarly, Descript) to enhance content creation, streamline workflows, and support learner engagement

You will REALLY stand out if you have the following.

• Understanding of healthcare workflows

• Experience with digital adoption platforms.

• Competence with data analysis and dashboarding tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau)

• Instructional design certifications (e.g., CPTD, ATD) or graduate coursework in Learning Technologies / Adult Education
