We are currently seeking a Demo Specialist/Clinical Trainer who will showcase our products to potential customers and provide top-tier clinical training to ensure their ongoing success. If you are passionate about healthcare technology, radiology, and user-focused solutions, we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do

• You will serve as the first point of contact for potential customers by crafting engaging product demonstrations that highlight the capabilities of RamSoft’s solutions.
• You will lead and provide software training calls for radiologists, clinical staff, and other healthcare professionals (both virtually and on-site).
• You will develop, update, and maintain robust learning materials—including user guides, online training library, and other resources—to ensure seamless user adoption.
• You will quickly troubleshoot software issues, expertly deescalate heated conversations, and maintain excellent customer relationships.
• You will collaborate with our Product team by relaying customer needs and feedback, helping shape future enhancements or modifications.
• You will work cross-functionally, mentoring staff and supporting internal teams (Product, Sales, Implementation) to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
• You will occasionally travel (15–20%) across Canada and the US to conduct new customer training, attend industry trade shows, or participate in company events.
• You will take on additional tasks as needed, contributing to RamSoft’s ongoing growth and reputation in the healthcare IT sector.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 Years of Radiology Experience: Proven background as a Radiology Technologist, PACS Administrator, or in a similar clinical radiology role.
• Educational Background: Diploma or degree in Healthcare, Radiology, or a related field.
• PACS/RIS/Enterprise VNA Software Expertise: Hands-on experience with radiology software is essential. Exposure to RamSoft products (e.g., PowerServer RIS/PACS) is a significant bonus.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent command of English (written and verbal), with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Customer Management & Deescalation: Demonstrated skill in building client relationships and managing escalated or high-pressure scenarios diplomatically.
• Training or Demonstration Experience: Previous exposure to leading product demos or training is highly preferred.
• Tech Savvy & Adaptable: Quick learner who embraces new software and evolving technology.
• Organizational & Time Management Skills: Capable of prioritizing tasks effectively with minimal supervision.
• Travel Eligibility: Must be able to travel within Canada and the US.
• Self-Starter: Willingness to grow into a subject matter expert for RamSoft’s suite of products and partner solutions.
