What You'll Do
- Shape the vision and mission of Content at Quietly — and effectively communicate to stakeholders, inspiring, elevating, and innovating along the way
- Oversee the delivery and quality of all content and creative work at Quietly
- Work with Strategy & Planning teams to continuously improve processes, methods, and overall workflows
- Lead and direct Quietly’s own brand strategy
- Define, report, and achieving department-related KPIs
- Identify opportunities for building out new capabilities (ie new creative formats and developing the processes for delivering them)
- Ensure the profitable delivery of all content types and services
- Work in conjunction with other department heads to ensure content and creative needs are met and workflows are streamlined and complementary
- Introduce new tools, frameworks, and methodologies for creative work
- Work cross-functionally to continuously identify new opportunities for incorporating AI technology and software throughout various workflows
- Lead and manage the Content team and direct reports
- Develop and build in-house and large external talent networks, provide recommendations for team structure, hiring, resourcing, and casting
- Continuously improve workflows and processes between in-house teams and outsourced talent
- Work on new and existing opportunities with Business Development and Client Services teams
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 3–5+ years in a creative leadership role (ie CD, or similar) at a top-tier, global agency
- Both B2C and B2B experience is ideal
- Strong understanding of integrated / multi-channel marketing, brand, advertising, digital, and paid media
- Knowledge of design thinking, as well as editorial and publishing, is ideal
- Strong ability to provide creative direction at all altitudes, across all formats and channels
- Strong ability to propose and defend creative concepts and directional choices
- Proven ability to build, lead, and manage teams
- Strong ability to manage resources and priorities in a rapidly shifting environment
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Able to work under pressure, prioritize, multi-task, and consistently meet deadlines
- Highly driven and enthusiastic
- Eligible to work in Canada
