The Role
The Director, Client & Partner Growth – Payments is a highly visible and revenue-critical role responsible for driving expansion ARR, increasing enterprise adoption of Euna Payments solutions, and activating the partner ecosystem that fuels long-term growth.
This leader owns a material expansion quota and will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to build and operationalize scalable growth motions across our Payments customer base. With complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise clients, the Director will lead strategic engagements, uncover revenue opportunities, and guide clients through expanded adoption of Payments channels, integrations, and capabilities.
This position requires strong commercial instincts, deep understanding of the public-sector payments ecosystem, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams toward a unified growth strategy.
What You’ll Do
Expansion Revenue & Enterprise Growth
- Drive adoption of Euna Payments channels and solutions across the enterprise client base (Web, Kiosk, Cashiering, PayLink, IVR, integrated payments).
- Own and exceed a $600K Year 1 / $1.2M ongoing expansion quota.
- Build and manage a predictable expansion pipeline; maintain accurate forecasting discipline within Salesforce.
- Lead executive-level conversations with clients to identify whitespace, validate opportunities, and close expansion deals.
- Partner with Sales, CS, Implementations, and Delivery to accelerate expansion cycles and maximize enterprise value.
Partner Ecosystem Development
- Build and strengthen partnerships with ERPs, CIS platforms, system integrators, billing vendors, and public-sector associations.
- Develop co-sell, co-market, and integration-driven GTM programs to generate expansion opportunities.
- Negotiate partner terms, workflows, and joint revenue programs.
- Position Euna Payments as the preferred GovTech payments partner across the ecosystem.
Cross-Functional Growth Leadership
- Work closely with CS, Sales, Marketing, and Product to define and execute the Payments growth strategy.
- Influence roadmap priorities using partner insights, client feedback, and revenue opportunity patterns.
- Lead internal expansion initiatives, campaigns, and pipeline-acceleration programs.
- Serve as a strategic voice representing Payments growth in operational, forecast, and leadership forums.
Market, Client & Performance Insights
- Analyze usage, adoption, and industry trends to identify expansion opportunities and refine targeting.
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track expansion velocity, partner impact, and revenue KPIs.
- Provide data-driven insights that inform GTM strategy and forecast accuracy.
Enablement & Team Leadership
- Mentor cross-functional contributors supporting expansion and partner GTM motions.
- Develop playbooks and repeatable processes for multi-channel adoption, upsell motions, and partner activation.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that values accuracy, communication, and accountability.
Education & Experience
Required
- 10+ years experience in Public Sector SaaS, payments, enterprise accounts, or partnerships roles.
- Proven history of quota-carrying success with expansion, upselling, or partner-sourced revenue.
- Strong understanding of payment platforms, ERPs, CIS systems, billing workflows, and municipal revenue processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Preferred
- Experience selling or managing payments solutions in government markets.
- Experience working with or selling into municipal, utility, or state government organizations.
- Familiarity with integrations, revenue management, and enterprise technology ecosystems.

Key Working Relationships
- Collaborate with the VP, Sales and Payments General Manager on strategy and growth priorities
- Partner with Customer Success, Implementations, and Professional Services to accelerate expansion
- Coordinate with Product and Engineering on integration opportunities and Payments roadmap inputs
- Work closely with Marketing to activate partner programs, campaigns, and association engagements
- Provide structured client and partner feedback to influence servicing and product enhancement strategies
Location & Travel
The role is remote within the United States. Some irregular hours may be required for travel, customer engagements, and industry events. Estimated 20–30% travel within North America, including overnight and occasional weekend events.
