Job Overview & Purpose:

The Implementation Manager will support the implementation and onboarding process of clients. This individual should be skilled, self-motivated, and results-oriented and can execute on plans to ensure customer retention for Euna Grants. Our Implementation Manager drives new customer onboarding and monitors & retrain existing accounts to ensure product adoption. This individual will be a product subject matter expert to best understand and apply client goals to product abilities. This role also supports the training and development of our department and works with cross functional teams to better understand the Euna Grants product. Reporting to the Professional Services Manager and working within the Implementation Team, this role works closely with Customer Success, Customer Support, and other members of the Implementation Team.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Will need a solid understanding of the Grant Lifecycle, the steps that are required, and the role Euna Grants plays in that lifecycle
  • Will need a thorough understanding of the Euna Grants Implementation Methodology and can deliver upon it to the needs of the client
  • Will need an excellent understanding of Euna Grants’ functionality
  • Ability to clearly articulate the overall Value Proposition of Euna Grants and identify the specific value drivers for a particular client (efficiency, draw down, audit findings, etc.)
  • Ability to lead client trainings on effective use of the system
  • Support processes to improve upon operational effectiveness of implementation and includes assessing and managing specialized training/operational requirements for clients
  • Identifies potential project risks and reports risks to Customer Success and Project Managers
  • Ensures client feedback requests have sufficient information for successful execution of work
  • Configures clients’ Euna Grants instance based on business requirements
  • Develops client configuration documentation
  • Conducts testing associated with client configuration
  • Documents issues discovered during testing, creates support tickets, and monitors resolution of issues
  • Supports Customer Success requests for client support including trainings, troubleshooting, or project related work
  • Identifies and documents system functionality gaps
  • Identifies internal training needs and plays a key role in the onboarding of new hires
  • Partners with Product and Development teams on enhancing AmpliFund functionality
  • Participate in cross-functional team activities that may include requirements gathering and business process modeling
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of successful Customer Success or Account Management experience
  • Experience training or teaching customers/clients in a virtual setting
  • High degree of comfort with technology and CRM tools
  • Experience in or understanding of Grants Management, the Public and/or Nonprofit Sector, or Finance highly preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present information in verbal, written or visual form to a variety of audiences, from the internal team to client executives
  • Ability to interact with business clients and internal teams simultaneously to bridge gaps and manage communications
  • Proficiency at managing and prioritizing several projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly with requirements gathering and documentation for concurrent projects
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to self-manage and be an independent member within the larger project team
  • Understands how to visualize and present complex processes and data to business users
  • Ability to quickly learn products, technologies, and processes
  • Professional demeanor, able to handle a fast-paced, ever changing environment
  • Professional in nature, reliable and punctual
  • Team oriented and comfortable with regular performance feedback
  • Flexible, adaptable and dedicated

Location

This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Atlanta, GA office.
