The Opportunity

Euna Solutions is looking for 3 Accounting Co-Op Associates to join our dynamic Accounting and Legal teams. If you're a proactive student who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, these roles offer hands-on experience in real business operations, exposure to cross-functional teams, and opportunities to own impactful projects.

These positions are for the Sept - Dec term. Anticipated start date is Sept 2, 2025.


Position 1: Accounting Associate Co-Op – Projects Focus

This role focuses on supporting accounts receivable, billing, and cross-departmental initiatives. You’ll be involved in customer communication, financial documentation updates, and process clean-ups. It’s a great role if you want variety and enjoy jumping into new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with customer communications about company updates (e.g., name changes, banking info)
  • Update vendor forms, customer portals (US & Canada)
  • Complete tax-related projects including exemption certificates and sales tax updates
  • Ensure billing data integrity and collaborate with internal teams

Position 2: Accounting Associate Co-Op – Operations Focus

In this hands-on role, you'll assist with accounts payable, treasury, and month-end accounting tasks. It’s ideal for students interested in the day-to-day workings of corporate finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support monthly GL account reconciliations
  • Assist with vendor invoice reviews and payment processing
  • Help with month-end close and finance reporting
  • Maintain data accuracy and help improve finance file organization

Position 3: Legal & Finance Associate Co-Op – Projects Focus

This role offers a hybrid of legal operations and finance project work. You’ll support a large-scale internal contract system update while gaining exposure to compliance and vendor management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help locate and upload contracts into our CMS
  • Support renewal tracking and document audits
  • Ensure compliance with vendor registration processes
  • Participate in data clean-up and reconciliation across Salesforce and other platforms

What You Bring (Requirements for All Roles)

  • Enrolled in a Co-op program and working toward a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Legal Studies, or Business Administration
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Organized, accountable, and comfortable working independently or on a team
  • Strong communication skills and a high attention to detail
  • Adaptable to changing priorities—comfortable in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
  • Intermediate Excel skills and strong Microsoft Office proficiency

Location: These roles are hybrid 3x a week in Oakville.
