Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Sales Enablement Manager to empower our GTM team members with the tools, training, content, and processes needed to win in the fast-evolving public sector technology landscape. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in scaling our go-to-market strategy, driving sales productivity, and ensuring consistency in messaging across all stages of the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Training
- Design, manage, and continually optimize onboarding programs for new sales hires to ensure quick ramp-up times.
- Deliver ongoing training programs aligned with new product features, market shifts, and evolving buyer personas.
- Content & Collateral Management
- Partner with Product Marketers to ensure sales teams have access to the latest case studies, battle cards, playbooks, and pitch decks.
- Maintain a centralized sales enablement content repository and promote its effective use.
- Sales Process Optimization
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership and RevOps to refine sales processes, methodologies, and workflows to maximize effectiveness.
- Monitor adoption and compliance with sales processes through CRM (e.g., Salesforce) insights and performance metrics.
- Performance Analysis & Feedback
- Track key enablement metrics (e.g., onboarding time, win rate, content usage) and use insights to inform future programs.
- Collect feedback from sales teams to continuously improve enablement efforts.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure messaging alignment and knowledge transfer.
- Serve as the liaison between frontline sales teams and internal product/marketing updates.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, B2B sales, or sales operations, ideally within SaaS or GovTech.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful enablement programs.
- Familiarity with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), LMS platforms, and sales engagement tools.
- Strong communication, project management, and change management skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data to drive decision-making.
- Experience working in or with public sector organizations is a plus.
