The Opportunity

At Euna Solutions, we’re passionate about empowering public sector organizations to make smarter decisions, drive efficiency, and deliver better outcomes. As part of our growing Marketing Team, you’ll play a key support role in initiatives that keep our customers informed, engaged, and successful.

We’re looking for a Demand Generation Coordinator (Customer Marketing) to join us on a 12-month contract. In this role, you’ll assist in the execution of customer-focused marketing initiatives and help support broader demand generation efforts as needed. This position is ideal for a marketing professional early in their career who’s eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with customer-facing initiatives such as email campaigns, webinars, and engagement programs.
  • Coordinate campaign elements including task tracking, asset organization, and internal communication.
  • Support planning and execution of customer feedback efforts and virtual events.
  • Conduct research and assist in compiling performance metrics from marketing tools.
  • Help maintain budget records, process invoices, and coordinate vendor communications as needed.
  • Provide general project and administrative support across the Demand Generation team.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in a B2B marketing environment, internship, or co-op; experience in SaaS or customer marketing is an asset
  • Degree or diploma in marketing, communications, business, or a related field—or equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; comfortable managing multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Pardot or Salesforce is an asset.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative attitude and willingness to take initiative.
  • Eager to grow in a supportive and fast-paced team environment.

Location:

This position will be hybrid 3 days a week in our Oakville, ON office.
