The Role

We are looking for a Senior Manager of UI/UX Design to lead and grow a team of 24 talented product designers. In this role, you’ll oversee the design of intuitive, data-rich interfaces for our platform, and play a critical role in evolving our design vision, process, and standards. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and User Research to bring human-centered, enterprise-grade software experiences to life.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 24 designers, fostering a culture of feedback, growth, and design excellence
  • Own the end-to-end design quality across multiple product areas—ensuring usability, accessibility, and visual consistency
  • Partner closely with the Product Director team to translate research insights into scalable design strategies
  • Guide design execution across complex
    workflows—translating business requirements and customer needs into clear, thoughtful solutions
  • Champion systems thinking and contribute to the evolution of our design system in collaboration with design ops and engineering
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management and Development teams to shape product strategy and roadmap
  • Establish clear design priorities and ensure the team delivers high-impact work in fast-paced product cycles
  • Advocate for the voice of the customer in all stages of product development



Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product/UI/UX Design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or people management role or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record designing and shipping complex web-based SaaS products
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your product thinking, interaction design, and visual craft across multiple touchpoints
  • Excellent people management skills—you know how to coach, motivate, and scale high-performing design teams
  • Deep understanding of modern design tools (Figma, etc.), design systems, and accessibility standards
  • Comfortable working with product and engineering leaders in agile environments
  • Systems thinker with the ability to balance short-term execution with long-term vision
  • Empathy for users, passion for elegant simplicity, and obsession with getting the details right



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing for data-dense dashboards, complex workflows, or GovTech platforms
  • Familiarity with user research methods and integrating insights into iterative design
  • Experience collaborating on or leading the development of design systems
