Q4 is on a mission to become the undisputed global category leader in IR Ops (Investor Relations Operations). We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-managed IR Web Builder to join our team and bring our clients' web visions to life. In this role, you will be an integral part of an activation team, using our proprietary, modular Content Management System (CMS) to build exceptional and industry-leading websites. Your work is crucial to our SaaS transformation strategy and will directly contribute to our platform adoption goals and customer satisfaction. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about both design and technology, and who finds innovative and creative ways to solve problems. This role has a 4am-12pm ET schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Website Implementation: Implement investor relations websites for new customers using our proprietary CMS Website Configurator.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our CMS Website Configurator and related tools.
• Modular Development: Master our modular CMS structure to build functional, responsive web pages and components that meet the unique needs of public companies.
• Design & Quality: Accurately translate client assets into functional web pages with a strong attention to visual detail and quality.
• Project Velocity: Maintain a high implementation velocity while ensuring exceptional quality standards and timely delivery.
• Customer Enablement: Ensure websites are built to enable clients to take full advantage of our Website Management Automation (WMA) capabilities after launch.
• Collaboration & Troubleshooting: Collaborate with the activation team to ensure a smooth customer onboarding and launch process, and troubleshoot and resolve website configuration issues to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience & Skills:
• • 2+ years of experience in website implementation, preferably with CMS platforms.
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately translate designs into functional web pages.
  • Strong attention to design details and a commitment to visual accuracy.
  • Experience working with responsive design principles and implementation.
  • Understanding of web accessibility standards is a plus.
  • Experience with design systems and modular components is a passion we'd love to see.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and tools quickly.
  • Excellent time management, self-organization, and project ownership.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to find creative solutions.
  • Strong communication skills for effective client and team collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for working in a client-facing role is a plus.
