About the role
Q4 is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to join our Client Activations team. Reporting to the Director, Professional Services, you will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of our web products. This is a project management-focused role where you will manage projects to strict deadlines, coordinate efforts across cross-functional teams, and serve as a key client-facing resource. This role is perfect for a professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality projects, improving processes, and ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.
What you'll do
- End-to-End Project Management: Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to a smooth and successful deployment of our web products.
- Planning & Execution: Orchestrate project dependencies, timelines, budgets, and milestones using appropriate tools. Track deliverables and develop progress reports as required, including creating scope estimates and requirements documentation.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage client-stakeholder relationships during the project implementation period and develop project communication documents.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Development, Content, QA, and Support to ensure alignment and a seamless implementation process.
- Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and motivate project team members and contractors to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. Manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Continuous Improvement: Define project success criteria and perform post-implementation analysis to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end client implementations of web products.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Experience with risk and issue management, including scope change and contingency planning.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet strict deadlines.
- Experience coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2).
- Experience with project management software (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Monday.com).
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Information Technology.
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment with development, QA, and content teams.
- Demonstrated experience in performing post-implementation analysis and driving continuous improvement.
Compensation & Pay Transparency: The anticipated compensation for this role is 73,000 to 93,000 CAD per yar (Gross). Final compensation is determined by a candidate's unique skills, experience, and internal equity.
