About the Role

Q4 is seeking a strategic Senior Product Manager to own and scale Q4’s IR Web product - one of our core product offerings serving 2000+ public companies globally. This is a high impact role where you'll drive product strategy, build compelling business cases for investment, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. You'll need strong commercial acumen, the ability to influence without authority, and the energy to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

You will inherit momentum from a successful SaaS transformation initiative and accelerate it further. You’ll work at the intersections of product strategy, operational excellence, and customer experience - driving adoption of modern SaaS based web solutions while reducing operational costs and improving customer outcomes through AI automation.

What You'll Do

Product Strategy & Execution

  • Execute and evolve the IR Web product roadmap in partnership with product leadership, balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.

  • Drive product prioritization using data from customer usage, support tickets, service operations, competitive intelligence, and market insights.

  • Define product success metrics and KPIs: adoption rates, implementation efficiency, customer satisfaction scores, platform usage patterns.

  • Identify opportunities to expand IR Web capabilities and compatibility across Q4's diverse customer segments.

  • Lead discovery processes to validate customer problems and solution approaches before committing engineering resources.

  • Evolve and expand Q4's integrated AI capabilities to streamline customer workflows and reduce manual effort.

Commercial Leadership & Go-to-Market

  • Build compelling business cases and investment proposals to secure resources and executive buy-in for key initiatives.

  • Drive significant growth in adoption of the IR Web platform by aligning with GTM teams to deliver compelling value propositions.

  • Collaborate with GTM teams to translate product capabilities into customer-facing messaging and sales enablement materials.

  • Understand P&L dynamics and make trade-off decisions that balance customer value with business sustainability.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead 1-2 product squads through complex initiatives with strong influence skills, driving alignment and results without direct authority.

  • Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions on aggressive timelines.

  • Collaborate with Operations teams to transform service-led processes into product-led, self-service experiences.

  • Track and communicate business impact metrics: revenue influence, win rates, customer retention, and operational cost savings.

  • Champion a “whole product” approach—covering not just software, but also services, packaging, pricing models, and business performance.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of product management experience in SaaS platforms with a proven track record of driving adoption and measurable business outcomes at scale.

  • Demonstrated ability to shape product vision, influence cross-functional stakeholders without authority, and deliver complex initiatives.

  • Strong business acumen with experience building effective business cases, and prioritizing business outcomes.

  • Proven ability to influence without authority and drive results through cross-functional collaboration.

  • Exceptional communication skills across all levels - from engineers to C-suite executives.

  • High energy, self-driven, and comfortable operating with ambiguity in fast-paced environments.

  • Experience applying whole product design approaches that transform service operations into scalable product solutions.

  • Data-driven decision maker who can translate insights derived from large data sets into product priorities.

  • Nice to have: Experience with AI/automation integration in enterprise products, web technologies, content management systems, accessibility standards.
