- This is an outbound SDR role where you’ll proactively reach out to accounts in your territory
- Raise awareness and generate interest for Q4 through cold calling, emailing, and social outreach to prospects
- Book initial discovery calls for Account Executives
- Exceed the daily activity minimums of 50 calls and 30 emails per day
- Manage your own accounts and set the strategy for effective territory management
- Provide constructive feedback on how to improve the BDR role and process to Managers and Sales Enablement
- Work with your revenue squad members to share and learn from best practices
Qualifications
- You have prior experience in sales - either as a BDR, or doing fundraising, retail sales, door-to-door sales, or something similar
- If you do not have sales experience, you have a demonstrated ability to be in the top 10% of a high-pressure, highly organized craft - sports, music, military, or something similar
- You have a passion for sales. This is a career choice for you
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You have a high degree of resilience, enabling you to bounce back from setbacks
- Your work ethic is unmatched - anything you don’t know you’ll make up with hard work
- You’re extremely coachable and willing to receive and implement feedback
- You’re curious, like to experiment, and love to learn about everything
Bonus Points
- Knowledge of sales methodologies, especially Sandler
- Knowledge or experience with Salesforce.com, Salesloft, Gong, LinkedIn, and other sales productivity tools
- Degree or experience in finance or investor relations
