Responsibilities and Duties
The Administrative Assistant supports the Vice President, Finance, ensuring a strict follow-up and carefully executing administrative tasks in support of Human Resources, Payroll, Information Technology, Finance and activities surrounding Head Office organization. More specifically, the Administrative Assistant must perform the following:
• Write, edit and proofread documents;
• Maintain accurate files, registers and dashboards;
• Develop work tools for the various follow-ups to be performed;
• Provide administrative support for all activities in connection with recruitment, hiring, onboarding and integration;
• Ensure a strict administrative follow-up of employees’ files and group benefits;
• Perform all administrative activities related to payroll and group benefits processing;
• Act as a resource person with managers and employees regarding payroll and group benefits issues;
• Support executives in the management of human, financial, physical and computer resources;
• Provide administrative support to executive team members as needed.

Required Skills
• Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in secretariat or administration or a college diploma in office automation or a related field
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in oral and written French and English
• Excellent writing skills
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
