-
Regional Delivery Assurance & Strategy Leadership
Act as the regional owner for Delivery Assurance in APAC, translating the global Delivery Assurance Strategy & Operating Model into a pragmatic, regionally appropriate execution plan—while maintaining alignment to global standards, mission, and guiding principles.
Collaborate with the Senior Director, Services Partner Quality Assurance to refine the Delivery Assurance operating model based on APAC insights (delivery patterns, partner maturity, regional regulatory constraints, and customer expectations).
Work with Senior Director, Services Partner Quality Assurance to gather, define, and maintain Professional Services standards to which Partners will be expected to adhere to improve quality.
-
PCMM & AI‑Driven Quality System Governance
Own regional governance of the Partner Capability Maturity Model (PCMM) process, ensuring that the prescribed process (inputs, AI‑generated findings, validations, capability assessments, and feedback loops) is executed consistently across APAC partners and engagements.
Collaborate with Alliances to operationalize the AI‑generated risk and capability assessment by defining data inputs, reviewing AI‑generated project‑level findings and capability assessments, validating accuracy, and providing feedback to continuously improve the model.
Use PCMM outputs to aid Alliances in prioritization of partner‑level interventions (e.g., targeted enablement, standards coaching) and to inform partner tiering and ecosystem strategy.
-
Engagement Assurance & Project‑Level Oversight
Lead or oversee Delivery Assurance reviews associated with high‑risk or “too big to fail” SI‑led programs in the APAC region.
Define engagement review scope, documentation requests, and stakeholder interview plans, and analyze findings as inputs into actionable assessments.
Create assessments that highlight delivery strengths and risks with clear mitigation plans, owners, timelines, and actions.
-
Partner Delivery Quality & Ecosystem Performance
Collaborate with Alliances to embed partner delivery standards and “what good looks like” across APAC SI‑led engagements, ensuring expectations are clearly understood and applied.
Work with Alliances to implement and refine partner scorecards and quality KPIs in APAC, to measure Partner standards adherence, capabilities, and performance.
Represent Professional Services in regional partner governance forums (e.g., QBRs, capability reviews) and other forums with a large partner presence (ex. Connections), using data and insights to influence partner investment in quality.
-
Cross‑Functional & Executive Stakeholder Leadership
Serve as the primary APAC Delivery Assurance liaison for Portfolio/Practice leadership, Engagement Directors, PS Product & Portfolio, Customer Success, and regional Sales.
Provide executive briefings on regional Delivery Assurance posture, including coverage, key risks, escalations, partner capability themes, and improvement plans to PS and Alliances leadership.
Work with regional APAC PMO leadership to ensure that Guidewire-led programs adhere to program execution standards.
Contribute APAC perspectives into global Delivery Assurance governance and operating model, helping refine global standards, dashboards, and processes based on regional experience.
-
Team Leadership & Talent Development
Build and lead a small APAC Delivery Assurance team over time in line with the future‑state organization structure for Delivery Assurance.
Set clear expectations, coach team members on Delivery Assurance methods and partner engagement, and foster a culture that reflects the function’s guiding principles.
Collaborate with global PS leadership and Talent teams to define career paths, training, and enablement for Delivery Assurance roles, including use of AI tools and data platforms.
KPIs & Success Metrics
Success in this role will be measured using a combination of global and regional metrics, such as:
% of eligible APAC SI‑led projects reviewed by Delivery Assurance per year
Reduction in the number of engagements where executive escalation of material risks occurs.
Improvements in partner standards adherence scores, audit pass rates, and capability assessments across APAC partners.
Improvement in on‑time / on‑budget implementations, go‑live success rate, and post‑implementation customer satisfaction for APAC SI‑led programs.
Positive qualitative feedback from regional PS leadership, Alliances, and key SI partners on the value, clarity, and fairness of Delivery Assurance engagements.
At Guidewire, we foster a culture of curiosity, innovation, and responsible use of AI—empowering our teams to continuously leverage emerging technologies and data-driven insights to enhance productivity and outcomes.
Key Skills & Experience

Comfort working with AI‑assisted analytics and data platforms to interpret project and partner signals and to refine models over time.
Demonstrated success influencing partner behaviors and capabilities through standards, scorecards, enablement, and governance rather than direct control.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to synthesize complex delivery and risk information into clear, concise narratives for senior executives and boards.
Experience leading or coaching senior delivery professionals (e.g., Engagement Managers, Principals, or equivalent) in matrixed, global environments.
