Overview
As the Senior Manager, Acquisition & Growth you will be responsible for creating and executing a high-impact media strategy to find, attract, and convert our core audiences: Teachers, Parents, and Players. You will serve as the strategic owner of our paid and organic efforts, managing a 7 figure budget across multiple platforms to maximize performance against business goals. While managing the day to day performance of the channels.
In this player-coach role, you will mentor a platform specialist, guiding them toward optimizing our media mix. You will blend high-level strategy with deep technical proficiency, managing everything from data and forecasting to creative experiments and reporting.
🚀 Your Impact
Strategic Leadership & Budget Management
Own the overarching paid and organic strategy and respective budgets across multiple platforms to maximize performance against OKRs.
Serve as the internal subject matter expert on platform/discipline changes, advancements, and best practices to stay ahead of industry trends.
Continually research and implement new growth strategies to acquire and convert users through emerging marketing channels and platforms.
Campaign Optimization & Execution
Implement and oversee new strategies, campaigns, and creative tests to optimize key performance metrics.
Brief the Creative Team on high-converting campaigns and content and providing data-driven feedback to improve future outputs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Data, and Legal to align acquisition efforts with broader business objectives.
Proactively analyze and measure marketing initiatives against targets to quantify success and identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage data, forecasts, and reporting requests to ensure all decisions are backed by deep performance insights.
Organic & Holistic Growth
Collaborate with SEO and Organic Social teams to ensure brand consistency and attribution across all touchpoints.
Bridge the gap between paid and organic efforts to identify improvement opportunities for future integrated campaigns
Mentorship & Partner Relations
Mentor a high-performing paid platform specialist, providing technical guidance.

Interact directly with paid partners and platform representatives to optimize campaign performance and integrate new features.
🌟 About You
Experienced practitioner of programmatic execution
Proficiency in managing paid media platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, Pintrest, Tiktok etc.) and a proven track record of scaling user acquisition.
Solid understanding of search everywhere optimization principles and how to leverage organic search and LLMs to complement paid acquisition strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to budgets, forecasts, and deliver data insights.
Experience in creative briefing, with the ability to translate channel performance insights into actionable feedback for creative teams.

Ability to manage external relationships with agency partners and platform representatives to drive results.
