As a Senior Web Designer at Prodigy, you'll be at the forefront of shaping how millions of users experience our brand online. Partnering cross-functionally, you’ll elevate both the form and function of our website—crafting engaging, high-performing web experiences that captivate and convert. From optimizing design for accessibility and brand consistency to driving innovation through A/B testing and personalization, you'll help bring Prodigy’s digital presence to life in new and exciting ways.

Your Impact

  • Design and enhance web pages to create seamless, high-impact user experiences that drive engagement, boost conversions, and stay true to Prodigy’s brand identity.

  • Work hand-in-hand with developers to implement and QA your designs, bringing them to life across various devices and screen sizes

  • Collaborate closely with Brand & Creative team to craft reinforce brand recall, ensure consistency with brand guidelines, and leave a lasting impression on users

  • Work alongside the Web Optimization Manager to execute personalization strategies and A/B tests, continuously refining layouts and content for peak performance.

  • Source and integrate compelling content including text, imagery and interactive elements like videos, animations, and dynamic features.

  • Build and maintain design systems, templates, and UI components to create a cohesive experience across user personal funnels and web properties.

  • Conceptualize and develop interactive web experiences, including microsites, calculators, quizzes, polls, mini games and more, to engage and delight users.

  • Champion accessibility by ensuring all web pages meet WCAG and ADA standards, delivering an inclusive and user-friendly experience for all.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in web design, UI/UX, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing responsive web design projects.

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like Webflow, WordPress, or similar platforms.

  • Solid understanding of SEO principles, web performance optimization, and web accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA).

  • Ability to create interactive prototypes and wireframes to bring ideas to life.

  • Basic knowledge of UX research methods to inform and refine design decisions.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong analytical mindset to optimize user experiences.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present design ideas clearly to stakeholders.

  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally to align requirements and bring projects to completion.
