Procurify’s Intelligent Spend Management platform provides hundreds of organizations worldwide with real-time visibility and control over all business spend. We’re looking for a talented and team-driven Senior Product Manager, Payments to join us on our journey.

About the role:

Procurify is the leading procure-to-pay software platform for real-time visibility and control over all business spend. We are looking for an eager, motivated, and dynamic person who is passionate about building amazing customer experiences.

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for our Expense Management and Spend Card products. These solutions enable our customers to proactively manage spend with customizable control and real-time budget visibility. You will be working on a squad of amazing, empowered people who specialize in development and design. Together with your passion for business and the payment space, you will grow and take our financial products to the next level.

What you’ll be working on:

Enhance Product Capabilities. You will have ownership of the product strategy and roadmap for our Expense Management and Spend Card products.
Be a Card Product Expert. Be a trusted source on card issuing technology and unit economics. Develop a deep understanding of the customer needs and user experience.
Identify opportunities for Business Outcomes. Proactively analyze and understand the major gaps and opportunities in our market through researching industry trends and customer needs. Cut through the complexity of fintech solutions to identify 10x opportunities.
Drive the Product Life Cycle. Set a comprehensive vision and roadmap to create, shape, and ship key product functionalities with success metrics that align with business objectives.
Lead Product Execution. Act as the liaison between our business and development teams to identify market opportunities, drive the reduction in the time-to-market, and launch completed and marketable products to the end-user.
Organizational Influence. Champion company strategy with compelling and thoughtful analysis. Interact effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leaders presenting insights and recommendations that align with the company strategy.

Who we’re looking for:

5 + years of product management experiences in fintech or payments related industry
Track record of experimenting and successfully launching products at scale
Track record of identifying and prioritizing high-impact initiatives to drive business outcomes
Demonstrated experience in full product development lifecycle ownership: from vision setting, to strategic alignment, ideation, test, build, launch and iterate.
Experience with digital payments platforms and Banking as a Service (BaaS) providers such as Stripe, Airwallex, Modern Treasury
Experience delivering end-to-end mobile solutions is a strong plus
Extraordinary analytical, critical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills. Comfort with ambiguity and ability to cut through complexity to problem solve.
Demonstrated experience working with engineering team and UX designers
Excellent at establishing cross-functional relationships with strong communication and leadership skills
A strong desire to understand the “why” behind actions and to truly understand the core problem within every opportunity
An adaptable, humble and empathetic attitude when it comes to managing projects

Base Salary Range: $145,000 - $160,000 (This range is dependent on experience and not inclusive of any bonus, commission, benefits or equity that might exist in your total compensation package.)
