Title: Marketing Communications Specialist

Reports To: Director of Demand Generation

Location: Saint John NB, or Remote (Eastern) Canada

What You’ll Be Doing:

The Marketing Communications Specialist helps grow ProcedureFlow’s brand and contributes to the goal of revolutionizing procedural knowledge management around the world. The Marketing Communications Specialist plays an important role in both elevating awareness of ProcedureFlow’s brand and building an engaged user community. This position handles a variety of individual and collaborative tasks to contribute to the creation of marketing and public relations content.

Responsibilities & Duties Include:

Communications Management

  • Producing marketing copy for website
  • Creating promotional materials and press releases
  • Managing online and offline communication with clients and increase brand awareness
  • Promoting products and services during events

Social Media Management

  • Crafting compelling copy for social media posts is a fundamental requirement
  • Developing effective social media channel strategies
  • Collaborating closely with design and product teams to execute campaign objectives
  • Spearheading social listening initiatives and updating the team on emerging trends
  • Implementing and overseeing the brand's social content calendar
  • Compiling comprehensive campaign reports and delivering presentations to senior leadership

Community Engagement

  • Crafting engaging copy for community communications
  • Creating and executing strategies for the ProcedureFlow User Community
  • Cultivating strong relationships with community members
  • Devising customer retention campaigns to enhance business connections

Who You Are:

  • Excellent written communication and public speaking skills
  • 2+ years of copywriting experience
  • 2+ years of experience in social media strategy, planning, content creation, and analysis or related educational experience
  • 1+ year of experience managing paid social campaigns
  • An overall passion for data-driven marketing campaigns
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest social media platforms and trends
  • A strong desire for continuous learning and professional development
  • Preferred experience within a SAAS environment
  • Experience using Hubspot Marketing Hub is an asset
  • An enthusiastic team player, with a drive to take initiative
  • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced work setting
  • A curious and motivated learner
  • A creative mindset, consistently generating innovative content ideas

ProcedureFlow is a remote-first company, and this is a work from home opportunity. Our head office in Saint John, New Brunswick, (which is available to you as a workspace), but we know you can do your work from anywhere in Canada.
