We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to strengthen the operational backbone of our rapidly expanding sales team and help drive efficiency, performance, and scalability for a dedicated sales channel. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales Operations, this individual will play a key role in improving processes, tools, data integrity, and performance measurement to support our mission of transforming healthcare.

What You’ll Do
- Implement and continuously improve sales processes across a dedicated revenue stream
- Identify areas of friction in the sales funnel and proactively recommend improvements through data analysis and stakeholder engagement
- Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain core sales systems (Salesforce, Dialpad, Intercom), ensuring data quality, user adoption, and system optimization
- Support change management and communication for sales initiatives, tools rollouts, and cross-functional projects
- Create and manage reporting dashboards that drive strategic insights and operational decisions
- Support compensation planning, quota setting, and monthly bonus calculations through rigorous data validation and collaboration with Finance and People teams
- Collaborate with Enablement and Marketing to streamline lead lifecycle tracking, conversion analysis, and content utilization metrics
- Drive pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy, and territory alignment to ensure the sales team operates at peak efficiency
- Support onboarding of new sales team members through systems training and workflow documentation
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related analytical role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Deep understanding of CRM (preferably Salesforce), with proven experience in building reports, dashboards, and workflows
- High proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (Sigma, Tableau, etc.) is a plus
- Strong project management and communication skills with a track record of cross-functional collaboration
- Experience supporting quota/compensation management and performance tracking
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and balance strategic and tactical work
- A bias for action and curiosity for continuous improvement
Nice to have:
- Experience in healthcare, health tech, or startups
- Salesforce Admin Certification
- Project Management Certification
- Knowledge of sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Gong), and marketing attribution systems

- The base salary for this role ranges from $116,000-$174,000 USD, depending upon experience
